RN Correctional Work Available! - Phoenix, AZ

PHS Staffing is looking for quality RNs to help with supplemental staff at one of our correctional facilities located in Phoenix, AZ.  This is through the Arizona Department of Corrections (ADOC).  This would be for an asap start date.  Full time schedules are available along with our standard per diem scheduling.  This is your chance to explore a new field and make some good money doing it.  Please refer to the requirements below to make sure you meet what is needed.

Requirements:
-1 year nursing experience (does not have to be in corrections)
-Drivers License
-SS Card OR Passport OR Birth Certificate
-Professional Nursing License
-AHA CPR (front and back with signature)
-Physician Statement (dated within the last year)
-TB Test (dated within the last year) OR Chest Xray with TB Questionnaire
-MMR Records (2 different shots OR 1 titer from anytime)
-ADOC Clearance (ask for details)
-PHS Compliance Documents (ask for details)
