PHS is currently looking for RN Case Managers for all skill sets to join our growing team.  We have several 8 and 13 week contracts available at a top hospital system located in the West valley of Phoenix.  This is your chance to receive consistent work and make some good money doing it!

All candidates must have nursing degree from accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), 3 years of acute care hospital experience, and 1 to 2 years case management experience (prefer 3 - 5 years case management experience).   All candidates must also complete all PHS and Facility compliance requirements.
