Requirements:
-Current AZ State licensure or compact multi-state license
-Valid BLS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring required; ACLS and STABLE preferred
-Current health records to include Physical, TB or CXR, Immunizations (we always recommend TITERS!)
-I-9 Eligibility
-Minimum 2yrs of acute experience in Labor and Delivery, performed within the last 4 years
-Competent verbal and written skills in the English language
-Completion of PHS screening exams, skills inventory, and orientation.
